Trimcite provides high quality trimmings and notions. However, if you feel the item you have ordered is not up to expectation, please send email to email@example.com to obtain your return authorization before taking the steps to return any products.
If an item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will replace the item. Please note that any defective items cannot be replaced after 30 days from your invoice date.
If an item appears to be missing from your package, it is recommended that you please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check package thoroughly as items can shift under packaging materials during transit.
- Please verify that the items are not on backorder.
In order for Trimcite to ship you the missing item, it is necessary that you report the missing item to our email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 514-385-1801.
The following items CAN be returned or exchanged:
- Merchandise sold by the piece (i.e. buttons, buckle, applique, etc…)
- Full rolls
- Damaged goods
- Incorrect items
The following items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:
- Merchandised that was purchased by the yard and we cut in your required quantity (i.e. ribbon, lace, chains, etc…)
- Special or custom ordered items
In case of any exchange of our item, please note that it must be made within 14 days of the invoice date with prior authorization. After authorization you can exchange at store or send to store for exchange at your cost. For authorization please don’t hesitate to send email to email@example.com or call us at 514-385-1801
Making a Return
Please Note: Before taking the process to returning any items, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 514-385-1801 and to obtain proper authorization.
If you would like to make a return, first contact at email@example.com within 14 days of the invoice date. Please note that Trimcite is not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged during transit. Therefore, we suggest packaging the return item with care and using a traceable carrier that can provide proof of delivery. To process your return, Trimcite must first receive the original item. Please include original/packing slip of the total order. Once the goods have been received, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the value of the merchandise returned. Please note that Trimcite does not reimburse the original shipping and handling charge on your invoice unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Status of Return:
As soon as the return has been received at Trimcite, we will credit the appropriate account within 14 to 21 days. Then you will receive a notification email that your return has been processed and the proper account is credited.
